On June 25, 2025, Corvias Campus Living – USG, LLC (“CCL USG”) commenced voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case is being administered under Case No. 25-11214 and is pending before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein.

CCL USG, the concessionaire and manager of a portfolio of student housing properties as part of a public-private partnership with the University System of Georgia ("USG"), initiated the process to restructure the partnership and return it to financial viability. CCL USG has remained committed to delivering an award-winning housing experience for students throughout the process.

In October 2025, CCL USG and USG reached a mutual agreement to end their student housing partnership in January 2026. CCL, USG, and campus representatives are continuing to work to ensure that operations remain unchanged through year-end, followed by a seamless management transition back to USG of approximately 10,000 beds across nine institutions.

On December 11, 2025, the Court approved the Combined Disclosure Statement and Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation, paving the way for the transition.
